Northwest Optimist Soccer Facility

Effective May 30th, 2023 the following has been approved by the NWO Soccer Committee:

Soccer Field # 1 (40 yds x 50 yds) $70.00 per hour

 

Soccer Field # 2 (40 yds x 50 yds) $70.00 per hour

 

Soccer Field # 3 (55 yds X 80 yds) $90.00 per hour

 

Soccer Field # 4 (64 yds x 105 yds) $100.00 per hour

 

Soccer Field # 5 (62 yds x 110 yds) $100.00 per hour

 

Soccer Field # 6 (55 yds x 80 yds) $90.00 per hour

Soccer Rental Information

  • Soccer fields will be rented out on a first-come basis. 
  • Northwest Optimist Club Chairman, at their sole discretion, maintains overall control of scheduling for all use thereof. All proposed schedules of games, practice & use shall require prior written approval before being exercised or played. 
  • Fields shall be delivered mowed and marked. 
  • All patrons obtaining field use shall be required to sign a License Agreement outlining further terms and conditions as required by the Northwest Optimist Club.  
  • Due to the possibility of scheduling conflicts or wear and tear on the desired field, Northwest Optimist Club may substitute fields.  
  • All patrons obtaining field use shall have full access to the Park’s amenities, including parking, restrooms and concessions (if available).  
  • All patrons obtaining field use shall be required to pick up all trash around field rental and dispose of properly. 
  • Field use shall be measured in 1 hour time periods; patrons exceeding the one-hour time periods shall be billed for the next full hour.  
  • Contingent upon the number of fields and terms desired to rent, a non-refundable security deposit will be required to be placed on the calendar schedule. Said deposit shall be contributed to the rental amount upon successful completion of field rental.  
  • Contingent upon the number of fields and terms desired to rent, all patrons shall comply with a monthly or up-front billing.  
  • Due to inclement weather, rental use may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of the Northwest Optimist Club Chairman; however, if rental dates are cancelled or forfeited by teams; patrons shall forfeit their deposit. 
  • No vehicle access to the fields. 
  • Fields may be used only for soccer, football, lacrosse or any recreational sport deemed acceptable by the Northwest Optimist volunteer staff.  
  • All patrons obtaining field use agree to work in cooperation with The Northwest Optimist Club volunteer staff. 

 

Northwest Optimist Club, at their sole discretion, maintains the overall authority of the fields and the leased premises; upholding the absolute right to refuse the use of said premises and the exiting of the Lease Premises at any time during the rental term thereof.

The Northwest Optimist Soccer Facility is located within Dolese Youth Park in Northwest Oklahoma City. The park is located 1.5 miles west of I-44 on the North side of 50th street between Meridian Avenue and Ann Arbor Avenue. The entrance to the park is located directly across the street from Putnam City Original High School. The entrance to Northwest Optimist is on your left 0.25 miles after entering the park.
