About NWO Soccer

The NW Optimist Soccer Club is a non-profit youth service organization established in the 1970’s by the NW Optimist Club, which is a part of Optimist International. It is run solely by volunteers supporting youth activities such as youth soccer, teen and high school baseball, fishing derby and oratorical contests. The park area is maintained and improved by volunteers with donations and funds generated by these activities. All proceeds go directly back into the park area for improvements.

We have 9 fields accommodating teams ranging from under 6 years of age to under 19. We provide our players and spectators with paved parking, NEW restrooms and a NEW concession stand located in the heart of the complex. We are located at NW 50th and Meridian at Dolese Park across from Putnam city High School football stadium.

NW Optimist Soccer Club has both recreational and competitive teams available for boys and girls and is dedicated to providing the youths of our area the opportunity to play the exciting sport of soccer.
